Admission Criteria

• Pre-Nursery (Play Group): Admissions are open to children aged between 2 years 6 months to 3 years 6 months as on 1st April of the academic year.  

• The same age-appropriate criteria apply for admission to higher classes.


Procedure for Admission

• Application forms are released online in February as per the dates notified on the notice board.  

• Forms must be filled and submitted online along with the required documents.  

• Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate (Municipality / Baptismal Certificate for Christians) must be submitted.  

• Latest passport-size photograph is required.  

• Parents and the child must attend counselling with the Principal on the specified date and time.  

• Names of selected candidates are displayed on the notice board.  

• Selected candidates must submit original certificates and complete all formalities at the College Office within the given time.


Important Notes

• No affidavits are accepted as proof of date of birth.  

• Once entered, the student’s name and date of birth cannot be changed.  

• Admission is subject to agreement to abide by all College rules, fee structure, and future updates.


For Admission to Higher Classes

• Admission depends on the availability of vacancies arising from transfers or withdrawals.  

• Entrance test and counselling are conducted on a specified date.  

• UKG to Class V – English and Mathematics.  

• Class VI to IX – English, Mathematics, and Science.  

• Higher merit is required for students coming from other schools.  

• Attested copies of mark sheet and Character Certificate from the previous school must be submitted.  

• Shortlisted students will be interviewed along with their parents.  

• Final admission is granted only after completion of all required formalities within the notified period.  

• The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.


Documents Required

• Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the last school attended, duly countersigned by the competent education authority, where applicable.  

• Character Certificate from the previous institution.
