Procedure for Admission

• Application forms are usually made available online in February for the period notified on the College notice board.  

• Forms must be filled and submitted online on or before the due date along with the required documents.


Admission to Other Classes

• Admission to higher classes depends on the availability of seats arising from transfers or withdrawals.


Admission Test & Counselling

• An entrance test will be conducted on the notified date.  

• Candidates will be tested as per the following criteria:  

• Class UKG to V – English and Mathematics  

• Class VI to IX – English, Mathematics, and Science


For Students from Other Schools

• Students must have a higher percentage as per merit and seat availability.  

• Attested photocopies of previous marksheets must be submitted.  

• A Character Certificate from the previous school is mandatory.  

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview along with their parents.


Final Admission

• Final admission is granted after selection in the interview and completion of all required formalities at the College Office within the stipulated time.  

• The Principal reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.


Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

• No admission will be granted without a valid Transfer Certificate from the last institution attended.  

• The Transfer Certificate must be duly countersigned by the competent education authority, where applicable.


Character Certificate

• A valid Character Certificate from the previous school is compulsory.  

• Students must agree to abide by the college code of conduct and maintain discipline.
